Arrival, departure

Arrivals are from 4pm and departures before 12pm. We can store your suitcases in the luggage room if required.

Courtesy bathroom

Located on the swimming pool level, this area is available for you to freshen up if you want to take advantage of the hotel swimming pool after checking out of your room.

Our staff welcome you in several languages: French, English, Italian and Spanish.

Transport

We can print out your flight ticket confirmations.
We can also organise your car hire, private chauffeur, taxi or helicopter reservations.

Payments

Payments by Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, holiday vouchers and bank cheques are accepted, with the exception of foreign cheques.
For payments over 300 euros, you will be asked for two pieces of identification.

High-speed Internet

Free wifi access is available. Simply select the VERSIONMAQUIS wifi network and click on “continue”. No login or password is required to connect.

Air conditioning

Your room is equipped with reversible air conditioning, which can be adjusted to suit your comfort using an individual thermostat. Be careful not to leave the windows open when the air conditioning is on.

Electricity

We use 220 volts / 50 Hz. Adapters are available at reception.

Toiletries

In your room you will find slippers, bathrobes and hygiene sets. On request, we can provide extra pillows, a hair straightener, an ironing board and iron, and equipment for children (high chair, cot, bath, booster seat). Sewing kits, women’s sets, shoe polish and correspondence kits are available from reception.

Cleaning service

Hang your wooden signs on the outside handle of your bedroom according to your choice of “Please do my room” or “Do not disturb”.

Change of bed linen / Environment

As part of our commitment to the environment, we’d like you to help us protect it.
If you wish to reuse your towels, leave them on the towel rail.
Otherwise, leave them on the floor.
The hotel is equipped with a septic tank purification system, so we recommend that you do not throw anything into the toilets apart from toilet paper.
Remember to leave your used batteries at reception; we recycle them.
As part of our sustainable development approach, please turn off the air conditioning in your room when you leave.

Tobacco

For your comfort, all our rooms are non-smoking, but you may smoke on your terrace, using the ashtrays provided.
If you fail to comply with this rule, a cleaning charge of €150 will be added to your bill.

Damage

If the furniture is not respected, the Hotel will charge a fee.

Mini-Bar

Drinks served in the minibar are to be consumed in your room only, and may not be taken to the restaurant.
It is forbidden to put food or drinks in the minibar if they have not been purchased at the hotel. Food will be disposed of every morning for hygiene reasons.

Automatic alarm clock

Please contact reception before 8.30pm to be woken the next morning.

Music

Connect your smartphone via Bluetooth to the box in your bedroom to stream your music.

Safe

For your confidential documents and valuables, we recommend that you use the in-room safe.
To close the safe, enter a 4 to 6-digit code and confirm by pressing “Enter”. To open the safe, enter the code again.

You will find a courtesy tray in your room consisting of
